We’re flattered you chose Oy Vey Wear to add a little chutzpah to your wardrobe. While we hope you love every item, we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or mistaken purchases. Please double-check your order before placing it — we want you to be kvelling, not kvetching.
Refunds and Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements if:

Your item was lost in transit, or
-
Your item arrived damaged.
If either of these unfortunate bubbe-meises happens, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Claim Period
All refund or replacement claims must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, no matter how persuasive your guilt-trip may be.
